These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Fixxa Incorporated website (fixxa-bathroom.vercel.app) and the requests you submit to us. By using our site or contacting us, you agree to these Terms.
Fixxa provides bathroom remodeling and general contracting services across San Luis Obispo and the Central Coast of California (CSLB #1140945). Submitting a free 3D design request does not create a binding contract; it is a request for us to contact you, visit your home, and provide a design and a price in writing.
Your 3D design and the price that comes with it are prepared from an in-person visit, measurements, material availability, and job site conditions. A final price and scope are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Business identity. These SMS terms are provided by Fixxa Incorporated, a bathroom remodeling and general contracting company serving San Luis Obispo and the Central Coast of California. By providing your mobile phone number and submitting our free 3D design request form, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Fixxa Incorporated. These messages may include design request confirmations, pricing, scheduling updates, and appointment reminders.
Opt-out & support. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (805) 471-0791. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at shop@fixxa.app or (805) 471-0791.
Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message frequency & rates. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Consent. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or service. You may opt out at any time without affecting your ability to receive services from Fixxa Incorporated. Mobile information will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. This SMS program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable federal and state regulations.

Any warranty on materials or workmanship is described in your written quote or invoice. Manufacturer warranties on fixtures, tile, and hardware are passed through as provided by the manufacturer.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Fixxa and may not be copied or reused without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fixxa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim related to the website is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the related service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in San Luis Obispo County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site means you accept the current Terms.
